Opal Music Server

1. Privacy Overview

Opal is a third-party client designed exclusively for Navidrome music servers. We believe your listening data should remain yours. This policy defines our commitment to that principle on Xbox and Windows devices.

2. No Centralized Collection

Opal does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to our own servers or infrastructure. The application operates as a secure, direct interface between your device and your self-hosted Navidrome instance.

3. Local Device Usage

To provide a seamless music experience, Opal stores the following data locally on your device:

• Your Navidrome Server URL and IP Address
• Authentication Tokens (to maintain your login session)
• Cached Album Art and Metadata (for performance)

This information remains encrypted on your device and is never shared with the developer or any third parties.

4. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising

Opal includes no analytical tracking or advertising SDKs. We do not monitor your listening habits, and your activity is private to your own server.
